How to love a husband:

In the car, across the console, hold his hand.

On any day, for no reason, make his favorite.

In the midst of tasks, before he comes home, straighten the house.

At church, side-by-side, lightly rub his neck.

Before you leave, atop his pillow, hide a note.

With his preference in mind, without his knowing, plan a date.
